MIPCOM (Marché International des Programmes de Communication) is the global entertainment market that annually convenes industry leaders, content creators, and distributors to explore trends and forge partnerships in the realm of television and digital entertainment. Cannes, for four days, becomes a platform for networking, deal-making, and showcasing cutting-edge content to a global audience.
For MIPCOM 2023, Banijay Group, a leading international content creation and distribution company, was looking to elevate their presence at MIPCOM. They sought to create their own and distinctive space that would serve as a hub for meetings and networking during the event.

Banijay Group, amidst the preparations for MIPCOM, recognized that they needed a strategic place close to the Palais where they could craft an environment that not only reflected their brand essence but also provided a conductive setting for productive meetings and networking opportunities.
In their research for a unique venue, they turned to Native Spaces for their expertise in finding spaces for side events during the congresses in Cannes.
💚 Native Spaces' Response 💚
With a keen understanding of Banijay's requirements, the Customer Success Manager at Native Spaces proposed an apartment right in front of the Palais de Congrès that they could transform into a multifunctional space tailored to their needs.
The space location and distribution was great, however they needed to completely change it and refurnish it. It wasn’t a problem at all, we helped them find them a good local company that could help them do this work and they were able to create their perfect space for both meetings and a fabulous cocktail.

Banijay Group's decision to partner with Native Spaces proved to be a success. The centric loft exceeded expectations and was the perfect venue in terms of light, space and location. their experience was so positive that they secured their venue for MIPCOM 24 right after the event!
The apartment space worked really well for us in terms of location and also the size of the space. we still need to do our post MIP debrief but I would like to say at this point, it would be great to get first refusal on the apartment for next year! - Representative from Banijay
