The South of France, particularly the PACA region, is often the ideal destination for a seminar, as it perfectly combines professionalism and relaxation.
The French team of Organon, a global healthcare company, understood this well. They wanted to organize a seminar in the PACA region to reward and motivate their teams. Their requirements were specific: a venue that could accommodate 70 people in individual rooms, with three meeting rooms (for 35, 30, and 15 people), and six workshop rooms for 15 people. In addition to team-building activities, they wanted to host two festive evenings with a DJ, and needed daily catering services along with lunch boxes for the day of departure.

Faced with this complex request, Native Spaces quickly began searching for a venue that met all the criteria, while also considering additional services like catering and musical entertainment. We proposed several options in the PACA region, and after discussions, Organon found the perfect place.
đ The Chosen Venue đ
The final choice was this stunning Provençal Bastide, located between Marseille and Avignon. The bastide provided individual rooms for all participants, as well as all the required rooms for meetings and workshops.
Surrounded by nature, with a pool, golf course, and private spa, it was also perfect for team-building activities. The venue was ideal for the planned festive evenings, fostering team spirit in a friendly atmosphere.

We not only handled the venue booking but also arranged the additional services through our trusted network of local providers. We coordinated the daily catering services, the lunch boxes for departure, and the DJ for the festive evenings. In the end, everything went smoothly, and Organon's seminar was a resounding success.
