Spanning over five floors, each serviced by an elevator — this is truly one of a kind Venue / Residence that will always be remembered by our guests.



On the first floor you will enjoy our well decorated warm lounge, it is also the perfect entertaining space for business meetings and events. Ideal for a grand celebration, the lounge extends to its own private terrace. Creatively decorated so you can enjoy a quiet drink or intimate candle-lit dinners.

For business events our team will quickly transform the space to accommodate 30-40 chairs for a presentation or seminar , with projection systems. Enjoy a successful event in privacy with your clients. Our service extends to your personal Chef and Butler service providing you and your guests with canapés , lunch , dinner and drinks. Extend the event into an evening party , lighting and music on the terrace will definitely help you get into the mood after a hard days work with your colleagues. Our Chef, Butlers and waitress will look after you and your guests at all times.



The second floor is where the Chef does the magic , Poliform created this unique kitchen and our chef is proud to serve you some amazing dishes. Dining assembly for 15 guests.



3rd Floor. After a long day entertaining your team or family may want to get some well deserved rest. On this floor we have two double rooms with en-suite bathrooms. A further double with shower and Basin, Another single room and a WC. Our Staff Chamber is also on this floor.



4th Floor. On this floor we have two Master suites with en-suites and walk in wardrobes.



5th Floor. Here we have created a Spa space, with a Sauna, Hot tub and Shower for you to relax. Have the team arrange a massage for you or even do a little exercise with the equipment provided.
