Villa with swimming pool at the foot of the Marcel Pagnol hills

We are delighted to be able to offer you our characterful villa for the organization of your events (private and professional).

Ideally located in the heart of the village of Camoins, in a quiet and wooded location, our villa will seduce you with its large spaces and its breathtaking view of the Marseillaise hills.

Between modernity and tradition, we put at your disposal our exterior of 1700 m2 in a sober and elegant style, surrounded by stone walls and small terraces to enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the swimming pool, a lunch at the shade of the canisses or even a game of pétanque with friends or a festive dinner (Day or evening only. No overnight stay offered).

The interior of the villa remains private and is not offered for rental.

This is why we provide you with a room adjoining the house, approximately 15 m2 and accessible from the terrace, including a toilet, a shower, a small sink and a freezer-fridge (ice maker on request).

Regarding the equipment available to you, we have:
- Two large tables for 10 people (i.e. 20 people seated + 20 chairs) and possibly a side table for 4 people.
- Four wooden deckchairs, and two children's deckchairs;
- Garden furniture with coffee table;
- A large parasol;
- A Weber charcoal barbecue (on request);
- A large plancha (on request).

A large private car park can accommodate around fifteen cars (+ possibility of parking outside as well).

This place is ideal for meeting up for convivial and family moments (baptisms, birthdays, etc.) but within a reasonable limit of 30 guests because the places do not lend themselves to more.
