This charming villa is situated in the low highlands of Côte d'Azur, close to the medieval fortified village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, near Nice, Cannes and Monaco.

A traditional stone villa,completely renovated in elegant, romantic, light Provencal style. The villa is just below famous cultural and art space of the Foundation of Maeght. Surrounded by mature pine forest, which creates complete privacy for your special events. The villa has a swimming pool, olive garden relax corner and open space bar.



The interior is spread over 2 floors plus mezzanine.Two separate living rooms are located on the first and second floors with fire places and comfortable sitting area. There is an open style kitchen on the first floor ,together with completely set dining for 10 guests. It is possible to accommodate larger private dinners and cocktail events with additional rental equipment.



Second coffee/drinks kitchenette is available on the second floor to enjoy the outside terrace, overlooking the forest, garden and swimming pool.

It has 5 bedrooms,4 with double beds and 1 with 2 separate single beds.
