Living room in a 19th century bourgeois house in the city center of Montpellier which has a lot of character. Woodwork, moldings, parquet flooring, marble fireplace, large finely crafted wooden door, fleur-de-lys on the wall, with very good accessibility: on the ground floor, a small flight of steps on the porch, a terrace which opens onto the show is therefore very practical for the technical teams.

Cancellation Policy
Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.
If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.
If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
