Garden with swimming pool

We are delighted to be able to offer you our characterful property for the organization of your events (private and professional), for the day or half-day.

Ideally located 10 minutes from the Rotonde (Aix en Provence), in a quiet and wooded location, our place will seduce you with its wide open spaces, its vegetation in absolute calm.

We put at your disposal our 2000 m2 exterior planted with a majestic cedar tree under which you can have lunch to the sounds of the cicadas. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the swimming pool and challenge yourself on the pétanque court or even ping pong.

The interior of the house remains private and is not available for rental (unless upon request).

A pool house with a lounge area, a kitchenette area, a toilet and an outdoor shower are at your disposal.

Concerning the equipment offered:
- Two large tables for 10 people (i.e. 20 people seated + 20 chairs) and possibly a side table for 4 people.
- Four wooden deckchairs;
- Two garden furniture with coffee table (one in the pool house, the other in front of the house);
- An umbrella ;
- A large plancha.

Private parking can accommodate up to 6 cars.

This place is ideal for meeting up for convivial and family moments (baptisms, birthdays, etc.) but within a reasonable limit of 30 guests because the places do not lend themselves to more.
