About the venue

House full of charm with an 800 m² garden, swimming pool and tennis court.

The house is an old renovated farmhouse with lots of charm. Its wooded outdoor space immediately transports us into a countryside atmosphere, yet only 25 km from Paris.

We provide the 250 m² seminar room with 3 toilets (including a disabled toilet) and the 800 m² garden.
A large car park will be made available to park guests' vehicles (15 spaces).

Located 10 minutes from Roissy, 25 minutes from the Stade de France.
Accessible by car (45 min) or by train directly from Gare du Nord.

Cancellation Policy

Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
