The beating heart of the place, this unique and modern space offers a beautiful surface area which will elegantly host your exhibitions, product presentations, conferences, all turnkey.

This large, sober and elegant space can be reinvented according to your imagination for your corporate evenings, between the dancing space and the chill space, with the bar in the middle. It also has a 50 m² covered terrace and two direct access to the rooftop.

The rental of the main room can be combined with the rooftop.

Cancellation Policy

Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
