Located in the heart of the 10th, rue des Petites Ecuries (Bonne Nouvelle / Château d'eau district), our loft is a true haven of peace for a day of work off-site or at a production location.

Bright, warm and very quiet, it offers all the equipment necessary for organizing your professional projects.

With a high ceiling height (3.40 m), the kitchen area, the living room is completely opened by a central island and gives access to a beautiful green terrace of 35 m². Direct access to the kitchen and terrace provides a relaxed and peaceful ambiance throughout your working day.

Our loft offers an atypical, cozy space optimized for meetings, video filming and photoshoots.

Cancellation Policy

Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
