Our loft with bay windows overlooking the canal is equipped with a large bar that can accommodate 8 seated guests and/or around twenty people standing for an evening or lunch. The grand piano at your disposal can enhance the evening. Tree-lined courtyard available to get some fresh air in the common areas of the building.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible:If the booker cancels up to 14 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 7 and 14 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 7 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
