The organization emphasized the need for a **chic** and **refined** venue that matched their high standards, seeking something both **luxurious** and unique. A key element of the request was that the venue should offer a **large terrace** with either a **sea view** or a **swimming pool**.  

Additionally, the space needed to allow for external **catering** and a **DJ**, ensuring a personalized atmosphere with music throughout the event. Despite their desire for elegance, they also needed the rental to be **budget-conscious**, leaving room for the additional costs of the caterer and DJ.

With limited venue availability and high demand, securing the perfect space is no easy feat. Frank Stein Studio approached Native Spaces with a request for a relaxed breakfast meeting venue, specifically designed for a guest list of actors attending the festival.

For Frank Stein Studio’s event, it was essential to find a location close to La Croisette for convenient access, with a setup that would allow guests to comfortably mingle in a standing, cocktail-style format.

**Event Specifications:**

*   **Guest Count:** Approximately 100 people.
*   **Budget:** 5k euros, including a simple catering setup.
*   **Location:** Walking distance from La Croisette.

Frank Stein Studio also requested assistance in connecting with a photographer to capture the event and a hostess to handle guest check-ins. With these details in hand, we set out to find the ideal venue.

💫 How It All Began 💫

David from **Techmind**, a venture capital company, reached out to us because they often need pleasant and unique venues for their client events in Paris. For his first request, he was looking for an **elegant bar** to host up to 50 people. It was a networking event, so he needed suppliers for food, drinks...  

Later, for his second request, he was searching for a **unique venue or an open coworking space** where they could hold meetings and host a **small cocktail party.**

The relaxed and creative atmosphere of the space was ideal for business meetings and easily transitioned into a cocktail party in a unique setting.

💫 How It All Started 💫

Everything was falling into place for the wedding, but then disaster struck. The original venue, already booked, suffered major water damage. With only two weeks to go, the couple was in full panic mode, left without a venue for their 70 guests who were traveling from across France. The caterer was booked, the music selected, the décor planned—everything was ready except for the location. Finding an emergency venue on the Côte d'Azur, in early September, seemed nearly impossible.

Nestled in a natural park in Eze, in the south of France, this villa was a dream come true: an amphitheater with a stage perfect for ceremonies, and a stunning rose garden among other incredible features. It was easily accessible, with views that were simply unforgettable.

The wedding was a complete success. The couple made a grand entrance by helicopter, and the ceremony unfolded in a fairytale setting.
