During the bustling Cannes Film Festival, finding the right event space can be a complex challenge. It is is one of the busiest times of the year in Cannes, bringing in film industry professionals and stars from around the world. With limited venue availability and high demand, securing the perfect space is no easy feat. Frank Stein Studio approached Native Spaces with a request for a relaxed breakfast meeting venue, specifically designed for a guest list of actors attending the festival.  

**🎬Frank Stein Studio’s Request 🎬**

For Frank Stein Studio’s event, it was essential to find a location close to La Croisette for convenient access, with a setup that would allow guests to comfortably mingle in a standing, cocktail-style format.

**Event Specifications:**

*   **Dates:** one morning during the Cannes Film Festival.
*   **Guest Count:** Approximately 100 people.
*   **Budget:** 5k euros, including a simple catering setup.
*   **Location:** Walking distance from La Croisette.

Frank Stein Studio also requested assistance in connecting with a photographer to capture the event and a hostess to handle guest check-ins. With these details in hand, we set out to find the ideal venue.

**🎈Chosen Venue & Results**

The team, along with the contact from Frank Stein Studio, evaluated a variety of spaces, including private beaches, restaurants, and event venues. However, as the search progressed, it became evident that many options were either over budget or unable to comfortably accommodate the entire guest list. Flexibility and ambiance were essential, so we focused on finding a space that offered both privacy and a relaxed atmosphere for the event’s attendees.

After multiple rounds of consideration, we found a [large modular room](https://www.native-spaces.com/space/5078) that could comfortably host more than 100 guests. The location was ideal, conveniently close to La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, providing easy access for all attendees.

To complete the experience, we provided Frank Stein Studio with contacts for a reliable photographer and a professional hostess, ensuring that every detail was handled in preparation for the event.

The breakfast meeting was a success, and Frank Stein Studio expressed their appreciation for the seamless venue selection and our responsive support throughout the process.

EG, a leader in data and insights for the UK commercial real estate market, aimed to host an exclusive dinner for industry leaders on the sidelines of MIPIM, the premier global real estate congress held annually in Cannes. With MIPIM drawing top professionals from around the world, EG sought to create an intimate, relaxed gathering separate from the main event—a setting conducive to networking and relationship-building.  

**🏗️ Eg’s Request 🏗️**
------------------------

EG's vision for the dinner focused on creating a private environment that combined sophistication with functionality. Key requirements included:

*   **Private and Exclusive Area**: The restaurant was totally privatised for them to guarantee the confidentiality of discussions. There was also a reception area for pre-dinner cocktails to encourage discussion.
*   **Food and Beverage Package**: EG required an all-inclusive package covering food and wine, plus an open bar during the welcome drinks, featuring champagne, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks.
*   **Long Table Seating Arrangement**: The setup needed to include two long tables of 15, fostering connection and conversation across the table while keeping the arrangement intimate and organized.
*   **Spring-Inspired Decor**: The table decor was requested to be simple, with bud vases and tealights in a fresh, Spring-inspired palette to match the season’s ambiance.
*   **Low Background Music**: Ensuring guests could converse comfortably, EG requested that background music remain at a low volume throughout the evening.

**🎈 Chosen Venue & Results**

After a thorough search of potential venues, EG selected a sophisticated restaurant near the **Palais des Festivals** for its versatile ambiance and high-end service. The event delivered on every detail and we are already in conversations to find a new venue for next year’s event.

Everything was falling into place for the wedding, but then disaster struck. The original venue, already booked, suffered major water damage. With only two weeks to go, the couple was in full panic mode, left without a venue for their 70 guests who were traveling from across France. The caterer was booked, the music selected, the décor planned—everything was ready except for the location. Finding an emergency venue on the Côte d'Azur, in early September, seemed nearly impossible.
