EG's vision for the dinner focused on creating a private environment that combined sophistication with functionality. Key requirements included:

*   **Private and Exclusive Area**: The restaurant was totally privatised for them to guarantee the confidentiality of discussions. There was also a reception area for pre-dinner cocktails to encourage discussion.
*   **Food and Beverage Package**: EG required an all-inclusive package covering food and wine, plus an open bar during the welcome drinks, featuring champagne, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks.
*   **Long Table Seating Arrangement**: The setup needed to include two long tables of 15, fostering connection and conversation across the table while keeping the arrangement intimate and organized.

It is is one of the busiest times of the year in Cannes, bringing in film industry professionals and stars from around the world. With limited venue availability and high demand, securing the perfect space is no easy feat. Frank Stein Studio approached Native Spaces with a request for a relaxed breakfast meeting venue, specifically designed for a guest list of actors attending the festival.

For Frank Stein Studio’s event, it was essential to find a location close to La Croisette for convenient access, with a setup that would allow guests to comfortably mingle in a standing, cocktail-style format.

**Event Specifications:**

*   **Dates:** one morning during the Cannes Film Festival.
*   **Guest Count:** Approximately 100 people.
*   **Budget:** 5k euros, including a simple catering setup.
*   **Location:** Walking distance from La Croisette.

Frank Stein Studio also requested assistance in connecting with a photographer to capture the event and a hostess to handle guest check-ins. With these details in hand, we set out to find the ideal venue.

However, as the search progressed, it became evident that many options were either over budget or unable to comfortably accommodate the entire guest list. Flexibility and ambiance were essential, so we focused on finding a space that offered both privacy and a relaxed atmosphere for the event’s attendees.

The Barreau de Paris reached out to Native Spaces with the goal of finding an atypical venue to host a **cocktail for 20 select guests**.

The organization emphasized the need for a **chic** and **refined** venue that matched their high standards, seeking something both **luxurious** and unique. A key element of the request was that the venue should offer a **large terrace** with either a **sea view** or a **swimming pool**.  

Additionally, the space needed to allow for external **catering** and a **DJ**, ensuring a personalized atmosphere with music throughout the event. Despite their desire for elegance, they also needed the rental to be **budget-conscious**, leaving room for the additional costs of the caterer and DJ.

💚 NATIVE SPACES 💚

After receiving the client’s brief, Native Spaces immediately set to work to find a venue that suited their needs. After some initial proposals and taking the client’s feedback into account, the focus shifted towards identifying venues in Marseille that combined both **chic refinement** and **unique charm**, with a **sea view** and **stylish decor** as top priorities.

Given the client's budget considerations, Native Spaces carefully selected venues that would fit within their financial limits, ensuring that there would still be room for their catering and entertainment expenses.

After a detailed search, the client chose [this villa in the hills](https://www.native-spaces.com/space/1495), which perfectly fulfilled their criteria. The space offered a spacious terrace with a panoramic sea views, while its modern and chic design was up to the client expectations.

David from **Techmind**, a venture capital company, reached out to us because they often need pleasant and unique venues for their client events in Paris. For his first request, he was looking for an **elegant bar** to host up to 50 people. It was a networking event, so he needed suppliers for food, drinks...
