THE DOMAIN
Located in the town of Dourdan, on the edge of the forest, and completely renovated, the estate supports you in the organization of your conferences, meetings, team building or other event of your choice.
Less than an hour from Paris, accessible by train or car, ideal for a getaway surrounded by nature.

The estate includes the “manor”, “the little house” as well as a maintained 7 hectare park.

- The Manor, freshly renovated, is now available with its large volumes, its exceptional decoration and its 5 bedrooms.
- The small house offers you large living spaces and 3 bedrooms.
- Each building has a kitchen, living room, beautiful terrace with a view of the estate.

You can rent the spaces separately, or privatize the entire area for your business seminars, team buildings, filming, photo shoots, etc.

On request, we can call on a chef to complete your stay with meals and gourmet breaks.

OUR ACTIVITIES
We offer several group activities during your stay in our domain, including:

- Equicoaching: work on yourself in the presence of horses and with a professional coach, photo shoots and filming. Activity organized by the Blumenfeld stable (neighboring stable and partner of the estate)

- Nature walk (Dourdan forest)

- Yoga coaching: yoga classes adapted to your requests

- Singing coaching: singing lessons according to your level

- Martial Arts coaching: group Muay Thai course, in nature, taught by a professional veteran

- Cross training in nature: group course taught by a professional coach

Please note that these activities are not included in the starting price of the rental of the domain and are organized only on request.
You are also free to organize your own activity. We will do everything we can to enable you to achieve this in the best possible conditions.

TRANSPORT
By car - Just 44 km southwest of Paris, it takes a total of 50 minutes to drive via the A10 motorway.

By train - You can also join us by taking the direct TER train from Austerlitz station:
3 direct trains per day on average, sometimes more.
Paris Gare d'Austerlitz – Dourdan:
8:30 a.m. / 1:57 p.m. / 8 p.m.
Dourdan – Paris Gare d'Austerlitz:
9 a.m. / 1 p.m. / 6 p.m.

- Other means of transport - RER C from Gare d'Austerlitz/Saint Michel station, as well as the bus from Massy Palaiseau.
