Quietly located, away from busy roads, the property offers magical views of the Luberon and the Monts du Vaucluse. It is located just 2 km from the charming Provençal village of Saint-Saturnin lès Apt where you will find all the shops you need. The Bastide is fully air-conditioned with WIFI in all rooms (high-speed fiber), as well as in the swimming pool area and in the gym. Numerous gardens and outdoor spaces with beautiful views are ideal for organizing a wedding, family events (baptism, communion, wedding anniversary) or professional events (photo shoots, videos, films).

Outside :
- The 10x10 m swimming pool is heated and has large areas with a 70 m² shaded pergola including large garden furniture, a 3 m teak dining table and a gas barbecue. You will also have a summer kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hobs and a dishwasher.
- A covered summer dining room located facing the Bastide has a large dining table for 10 people,
- a wooded park with garden furniture and deckchairs, panoramic views of the Luberon Massif,
- A ping-pong table and an outdoor area for playing pétanque near the Provençal fountain.

Inside:
La Bastide can accommodate up to 16 people. The rooms are spacious, elegant and full of charm.
High-end services. The Bastide was completely renovated in 2023 with trendy decoration, full of charm and furniture found among antique dealers in Isle sur la Sorgue. Traditional Provençal ceilings and stone floors.
- On the ground floor of the Bastide, you have a kitchen equipped with stove, American fridge/freezer, large oven, microwave, stone worktop, 3 sinks and large old wooden table with its old Provençal chairs. The kitchen opens onto 2 dining rooms, one of which has a table that can accommodate up to 14 people. From the largest dining room, you have access to a large living room with 2 linen sofas and 2 armchairs, a TV. In addition you will find on the ground floor a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with its bathroom, a laundry room, a WC. Sonos equipment in all living areas on the ground floor.
- On the 1st and 2nd floor there are 7 other double bedrooms including 4 bedrooms with 200x200 beds and 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds and 6 bathrooms.
- Large family living room of 120 m² on the 2nd floor with TV lounge, games room, table football, board games area, office and children's lounge/dormitory area.
- The air-conditioned gym is located in an outbuilding, it includes a Pilates area, a rowing machine, a treadmill, a bike and a trampoline.

WEDDINGS, organization and prices:
Weddings are subject to special pricing taking into account the number of people to be hosted and the significant organization to be put in place. You must allow at least 3 days of rental including the preparation and installation of tables and chairs, decoration, tents, etc. the day before your wedding and the tidying up, dismantling of tents, general cleaning the next day.

La Bastide can accommodate up to 100 people maximum for weddings.

Regarding accommodation, you can accommodate up to 15 people in 8 luxurious double rooms. You have a 10 x 10 m swimming pool with wide beaches for the welcome cocktail and a flowered curated garden for your ceremony. The meal can be planned in the courtyard of the Bastide or in the park with the installation of a tent (to be planned depending on the weather). There is also a dancing room for the DJ and parking for all your guests' cars. Around the Bastide, several guest rooms are available to accommodate your guests.
