This superb Provençal stone farmhouse, with panoramic views of the swimming pool and the Mediterranean.
It is located between St Raphaël and St Maxime, 30 minutes from the port of St Tropez, departing from the port of Issambres.

The villa offers a kitchen equipped with large cupboards, 4 electric hotplates topped with an extractor hood, a coffee maker and electric kettle, 8 place settings can be placed on the table (the table has an extension).

The living room with wood-burning fireplace and exposed beams opens through a double-glazed glass door onto a large partially covered south-facing terrace, the view of the Mediterranean Sea and the swimming pool is exceptional, not overlooked. This terrace is closed with a bay window for the safety of children. The garden furniture is arranged around the barbecue.

The corridor from the “sleeping area” leads to the bathroom and 2 bedrooms equipped with twin beds, one of which opens with a double-glazed bay window under the south-east facing terrace.

The bathroom is equipped with 2 sinks, an electric towel dryer and a bathtub-shower, storage drawers. Between the heated towel rail and the bathtub, the tiled work surface allows babies to be washed

The villa has electric heating.
The 3rd bedroom, facing west, is equipped with 2 single beds. A sofa bed, type BZ, for 2 people is available in the living room (blankets and duvets are available)

On the garden level, the swimming pool, secured by wrought iron barriers, is surrounded by a large terrace, naturally sheltered from the winds and prying eyes (Opening the gates of the swimming pool area is inaccessible to young children)

The small spa (2 jets) offers maximum relaxation while listening to the lapping of the water flowing into the pool
The property offers a garage for one car and private parking where 4 cars can park.
