About the venue

This modern and spacious townhouse is located on the famous rue d'Antibes, a couple of minutes walk from the Palais. A special find so close to the Palais this is the perfect place for hosting meetings and private entertaining. With a great open plan space downstairs leading onto a large terrace area it is a hidden oasis in the centre of Cannes.



The open living, dining and kitchen area is bright and spacious, with glass doors across the front, opening up onto a large private terrace which has an outdoor seating area and a separate outdoor dining area great for alfresco dining. There is a large corner sofa and Flat screen television. The dining are has a large dining table with seating for up to 8 people. The modern kitchen hosts everything you will need for your stay, including a Nespresso machine.



The four bedrooms all benefit from ensuite shower rooms, the first bedroom is on the ground floor, with direct access onto the terrace. The other three are on the first floor, all with large glass windows which overlook the terrace. They are bright and spacious. There is also an additional guest WC.



The perfect town house, close to the Palais. With a great entertaining space perfect for low key early evening parties.
